  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship from Ohio using trusted carriers like USPS.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Flat-Rate & Tiered Shipping

  • Orders under $15: $4.95 shipping
  • $15–$29.99: $6.95 shipping
  • $30 or more: FREE shipping (U.S. only)

This flat-rate shipping policy makes it easy to bundle your favorite artisan soaps and save on delivery!

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Rates and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes upon arrival.
