🧼 Subscription, Pre-Order & Trial Purchase Policy

At SoapyFluffs, some items may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how you can change or cancel those types of purchases.

📦 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an out-of-stock or upcoming product before it’s officially available.

  • We may charge nothing upfront, or collect a partial deposit at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely and the remaining balance will be charged when the product ships.

Cancellation Terms:

  • You can cancel any unfulfilled or partially paid pre-order.

  • Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, cancellations aren’t possible—but you may still request a refund.
